- Every save creates a new Box file upload and version record
- Monotonically increasing version numbers starting at 1
- HEAD pointer always references the latest snapshot
- Optional changelog text per version
- Snapshot size tracked in bytes per version
- In-app notification every 5th save with title and version number
Version History
3 contexts. Deals. Proposals. Lessons.
Presentations can be created from within deal, proposal, and lesson views. Each stores a scope ID in metadata so the parent view lists its associated decks.
Deal Presentations
Create presentations scoped to a deal. The deal detail view lists associated decks. Default title pattern: "Pitch Deck" + deal name.
Proposal Presentations
Create presentations scoped to a proposal. The proposal detail view can embed the slide deck for inline review.
Lesson Presentations
Create presentations scoped to a University lesson. Stores both lesson and course IDs. The lesson view embeds slide content.
4 integrations. Ethos. Box. Media Library. Display/TV.
Slides connects to four platform services for brand compliance, snapshot storage, image assets, and slideshow playback.
Brand Check scans presentation content against account brand guidelines. Returns pass/fail with a percentage score and specific issues. Theme color syncs from the active brand kit.
All presentation snapshots stored in Box. Settings page shows quota usage. Presigned download URLs load content on open (300-second TTL).
Insert images from the centralized media library directly into slides via the editor header modal.
The slideshow API serves read-only snapshots for Display and TV apps. List mode returns up to 50 presentations for scheduling rotation on lobby screens.
